What is my definition of Beauty? You are! That’s right! Look in the mirror and see that you are beautiful. We are all unique and different in our own ways and that in its self makes all of us beautiful. Make your inner-self happy and you will see the results on the outside. Have you ever noticed when you are happy, laughing and feeling great that you can look in the mirror and love what you see? But then on the days when you’re cranky and things are not going your way and you are annoyed, when you look in the mirror you are not happy with what you see? It’s true! Be happy and your inner beauty will show through! When you feel good, you look good! ___________________________________________ Style is a state of mind. We all have style! Our very own unique style. No, we do not run around wearing the clothes we see the models running down the cat walk with, but who say's they have style? Not anyone I know. It's the media that would have us believe that we should be wearing those outfits. Not in real life we don't. We wear what we like. So what is the key to style? First off, Accessorize and accessorize smart! Your accessories will give your outfits different looks that you are trying to achieve. And remember that just because it costs more, doesn't mean the quality is always better. It depends on many different factors as to whether it is worth the expense.
I
love Tank tops, but I'm not going to spend $25 for them. I went
shopping with my daughter and we both bought tank tops from 2
different stores. One store charged $25 and the other store had
2 for $15. So we bought from both stores. After just 1 wash
of all these tank tops, the more expensive ones did not fare so
well, they shrunk quite a bit! So not worth my money! So
research and be smart! |

First a little bit about the history of Olay: What is now a $1 billion business began in the home laboratory of chemist Graham Wulff in the early 1950s. He dreamt of creating a new beauty product for women that not only made them look and feel beautiful but that also embodied the essence of beauty itself. This would be a far cry from the thick, greasy facial creams packaged in shoe polish-style tins of the day. Using his wife Dinah as his muse and research respondent, he began to truly understand what women really wanted. They wanted the same thing women still seek today, younger-looking, beautiful skin. It was with this understanding that he was able to perfect his formula. He knew that his new facial moisturizer needed to closely resemble the fluids found in young skin. It needed to be…"as close as possible to skin sebum. Something that would penetrate rapidly, be compatible with the skin, remain stable, restore and hold moisture, while protecting the skin and leaving the surface with a supple, matte finish, ten minutes after application," according to Wulff. Together, he and his wife had fine-tuned everything from absorption and texture, to the delicate pink shade and instantly recognizable fragrance. By listening to Dinah and understanding her input, he was able to perfect his new "beauty fluid." At last, the legendary Oil of Olay Beauty Fluid was born. Now for my review: As we run and chase the kids and live our daily life we start to find wrinkles here and there….. yes I said the W word. The one thing I realized is I do not intend to age gracefully, I want to fight it all the way, BUT I want to do it in the most natural way that I can. How do you ask, well exercise for one and facial care.
I noticed that I might need some
help under my eyes so being the researcher I am I tried several
different products. I had tried Repairwear Intensive Eye Cream
from Clinique, but found it to be too abrasive. It made my eyes
water non-stop and made the area under my eyes red and puffy, so I
discontinued using it. I had given up hope and was in one of
those moods, I’m sure you have them, just want to try something
new that MAYBE will work. Then I came across Olay eye lifting
serum. I tried it and loved it. It made my eyes look so
refreshed and it did diminish the look of the fine lines. (No I
am not paid by Olay to say any of this…lol.) At that point I
tired the Regenerist daily serum and love it. I am very happy
with the results that they have given me. What made me realize
that it really worked was on a trip to Florida, I ran out. No
big deal I can use my other moisturizers, well after two days,
I ran and I mean RAN to the drug store and bought more. I truly
noticed the difference when I stopped using it. I now always
make sure to have a spare with me.
